Today I received a phone call from Brian, a supervisor from Google Adwords, and we talked (for 48 minutes) in depth of the landing page quality issue with Camera Prices and how I felt about these issues. Brian is a second tier supervisor I guess. Guyer, who I spoke with first, is the supervisor of Adwords reps. Brian is Guyer's supervisor, if I understood correctly. Brian was very patient with me as I explained my point of view and how another specific site should be docked for lower quality as well.

There were no guarantees that my issues would be solved but he is willing to work with me over some matters. Although a site review was done it was not approved so the keyword minimum cpc is still very high.

I told Brian that as of now I feel like Google is cheating me and others and I am the type of person who can't stand for that. I believe in taking action regardless of the size of the company and explained briefly my angle and that I had a "plan" in place. I don't want to iniate the plan due to costs, time, and long term efforts but I feel convicted that someone will need to take this Adwords issues up to the highest level so Google can fix the problems.

Although Brian and I disagree with many things concerning the "Google Lies" he was sympathic towards my concerns and seems to agree on many notes. He asked for a copy of the letter I sent to Google Adwords blog team so I forwarded that on to him today.

My next step in this "plan" of mine is to buy a domain and start a blogging / forum site that would allow people to express their concern and bad adwords experience. I originally planned to do that this weekend but I will hold off for another week, to give Brian time to talk to the higher up's within his department.
