Well, as I wrote yesterday, I mentioned that I would be writing on a company who I have lost trust in. As you can see from this title it is rather a large company. Why have I lost trust in Google? In a nutshell, Google lied. Google lied to me personally, and after much research, has lied to many many people and chances are too everyone who uses Google’s search engine.

One of my sites, Camera Prices, I use Google Adwords to drive traffic. This particular site I have invested a large amount of time and money; I am building it up for the long run so in a few years it will make a decent stream of revenue for my family. Google Adwords in the past worked well for CameraPrices and even though there are some stiff competitors I was managing Adwords ads to the point where I was making a decent ROI.

Over the recent months Google modified their algorithm for their Adwords program. Due to the algorithm change my and many others landing page quality dropped basically to poor. I contested with Google Adwords department that after reading the landing page guidelines I thought they made a mistake on my site. In all honesty I made the assessment being fair and not bias.

After several weeks of waiting for a review and finding other competitor sites who have less "useful" content I decided I needed to write Google Adwords blog team and complain. So I did. I wrote them a four page letter and asked them to answer my questions. I asked the blog team to answer my questions before the end of the week. Today is Sunday so they technically have one day left.

I will wait another day or two before posting the open letter. Regardless how Google replies I plan to open another website and getting exposure to show Google investors that they may want to reconsider their trust in Google too. It is hard to trust a person who lies, so why should we trust a company filed with people who deliberately lie as well?
