Has PERC 4/DC card, 5x146gb u320 15k, raid 10 array 4x146gb, 1x146gb hotspare, 512mb ram, dual core with 3mhz processor.

I want to upgrade the memory. I did buy some 1gb dimms but they were incorrect. Kim F from Dell support chat explained the Dell supported memory is: 9U175 DIMM, 1G, 266M, 128X72, 8K184,1U,PC2100
