A few notes...

Well, I am hopefully about done with the current project. I am not sure if I can announce it quite yet since it is not my website, once it goes live I will give an update with a link to the site.

Same Elvis - just more coffee

Ok folks, don't be fooled by this design. You are still visiting "Elvis Blogs", it says so in big bold letters at the top. Same content, just a little more coffee :)

Why the change? I wanted a design that speaks a bit more about me, who I am and what I might be doing while posting.

iPhoneGear delay

A delay has come up in launching iPhone Gear. A friend is working for a client whose developers skipped town on him. Well, I shouldn't say skipped, but something happened to their commitment.

SunRocket is now known as DeadRocket

I am bummed. My Sunrocket service has decided to no longer provide service. There is all kinds of slang lang out now to describe sunrocket. My fave is DeadRocket. I love the pic that packet8 has.

Here is where I read the news: TechDirt

At first I just thought my lack of service was a glitch or possible due to the storm from early this morning. Then I saw that my VOIP light on the deadrocket gizmo was not lit. I then knew something was up. After calling deadrocket and hearing that they were no longer taking calls I thought they might have had a knockout like they did a few months back.

Eager to wrap up this project and...

iPhone Gear is almost most done. I am so eager to finish this that I can taste it.

iPhone gear.com is 90% of...

This is just a quick update for the website iPhone Gear, is 90% of the way finished. This website, in my opinion, has a good combination of community features and shopping options. My plan is to allow the community to help others to know about products, what works well, how to use certain products etc. so far the video, galleries, iphone widgets, and forums have been completed. I have not done the update to the live server yet but on my laptop these things have been done. I am considering of changing the theme/design but I will make those changes if the community indicates that should be done. I'll also began looking on hiring a few content moderators/builders. I might as well offer callout while mentioning this. The job won't offer enough pay to quit your day job but in return you will get to participate in building a great website, receive some form of salary and possibly win free iphone accessories.
